This bungalow style one bedroom garden apartment is in the secluded grounds of the owners own villa and is located on the outskirts of Carvoeiro, close to the Vale do Milho golf course, in a very peaceful area of Carvoeiro offering total privacy, yet within easy reach of the amenities of Carvoeiro about 2 kilometres away.

There are several restuarants a short walk away and the nearest beach is only a 15 minute walk from the bungalow in Carvoeiro, Algarve.

Situated in the 2000 square metres of attractive and well established gardens of the owners villa this 1 bedroom Algarve bungalow has spacious and comfortable accomodation.

This Carvoeiro, Algarve bungalow shares the large private solar heated swimming pool (10 x 5 metres) with the villa. There are steps into the shallow end giving easy access. It is surrounded by a walled terrace area and is adjacent to a shady pergola, giving a choice of secluded areas for sunbathing and relaxing at the bungalow.

The Bungalow

The one bedroom bungalow has its own walled terrace with a BarBQ area. It has a good size lounge with a brick fireplace and woodburning stove and double glazed french doors leading to the terrace. It also has a television which receives the main UK stations via digital satelite. There is a large kitchen/diner with fitted pine kitchen, featuring built in gas oven and hob with extractor fan, a fully integrated fridge / freezer and ample cupboards.

The toilet/shower room has been recently completely retiled and updated, with a new curved glass shower cubicle, modern glass wash basin and close coupled WC. New sealed unit UPVC windows and doors have just been installed throughout.

There is a new air conditioning unit and a night storage heater. The double bedroom also has air conditioning, satellite TV and new wood laminate flooring. The bungalow has a roof terrace with sun beds, and sea views and views over the garden and swimming pool.
