****excluding Christmas **These prices are per week for 3-4 people. We add £50 for a 5th person, and deduct £50 if there are only 2 people. *We offer a monthly rate of £775 for 2 people during the winter, excluding Easter and Christmas. ***These charges include gas and electricity (but not logs), maid service, and supply and laundering of bed linen and towels. Bookings are usually from Saturday to Saturday, but other days may be possible out of season.

Booking

After contacting us to ensure your required dates are available, a 20% deposit is required upon booking.

The balance will be required 8 weeks before departure, together with a 150 pounds {GBP} refundable deposit. This will be held against damages and key return. You may use a separate post dated cheque to pay this deposit if you wish, which can be returned to you after your holiday. You will be sent your key, directions to the villa and further information about your stay, about 2 weeks before departure.

It is advisable to arrange your flights when you make your initial booking, and we can help you with this, car hire or transfers from the airport if you need us to. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any further information.
