    Description

    This small group of five large villas overlook the children's play area and shared swimming pool (7m x 13m), with an adjacent childrens pool. The villas are set in well tended, and mainly lawned gardens, with a shared tennis court at the rear.

    Each villa is divided into 6 spacious apartments, which means only 30 villa-apartments share the excellent condominium facilities. All apartments have excellent panoramic views of the sea, are bright and spacious and are furnished, equipped and decorated to a high standard.

    Location

    On a hill above the Lagoon and the beautiful beach at Foz do Arelho, the Moinhos da Costa villa apartments have phenomenal and unbeatable views over the Obidos Lagoon towards the sea. As the villas are set into the hillside, access to upper level apartments like Apartment Cristina is easier, with less steps than those on the lower levels. Unlike the majority of the villa-apartments, Apartment Cristina has been able to convert the attic space for an additional childrens bedroom and an extra bathroom.

    Only half a mile from the Lagoon, a mile and a half to the beach and Foz do Arelho, with several good fish restaurants. The town of Caldas da Rainha is 4 miles with an outstanding selection of restaurants, and major shopping complexes (LeClerc 4.5miles). Nearby is the mediaeval walled town of Obidos which dates back to 308 B.C. It is a world heritage site and was in ancient times a gift from the Kings to the Queens of Portugal. Lisbon Airport 50 miles.
