The Villa
The two bedroom villa is located on the outskirts of Carvoeiro, close to the Vale do Milho golf course, in a very peaceful area of Carvoeiro offering total privacy, yet within easy reach of the amenities of Carvoeiro about 2 kilometres away.
There are several restaurants a short walk away and the nearest beach is only a 15 minute walk from the villa in Carvoeiro, Algarve.
Situated in 2000 square metres of attractive and well established gardens this Algarve villa has spacious accommodation with lots of character and beautiful views.
This Carvoeiro, Algarve villa has a large, private, solar heated swimming pool (10 x 5 metres) with steps into the shallow end giving easy access. A distinctive feature of the villa is the large sunroom/conservatory with dining and coffee areas and interesting nooks and crannies. Leading from the conservatory is a utility room with washing machine and a large shower cubicle. The villa is mostly double glazed, and has electric night storage heating. Bedrooms have ceiling fans, mosquito nets and built in wardrobes.
Outside there are various outbuildings - a large workroom, a pump house and large cisterna, (a reservoir of water in case of low pressure or water cuts), and woodstore. Also there is a polytunnel and vegetable plot. Fruit trees - apricot, lemon, peach and olive.

The Cottage
The separate cottage is ideal as a granny annex, or for guests, or to enable the property to be used as a home and income. It has its own walled terrace with a BarBQ area and 4 person hot-tub. It has a good size lounge with a brick fireplace and woodburning stove and double glazed french doors to the terrace. Satellite TV. A large kitchen/diner with fitted pine kitchen with built in gas oven and hob with extractor fan, a fully integrated fridge and freezer, and ample cupboards.
The toilet/shower room has been recently completely retiled and updated, with a new curved glass shower cubicle, modern glass wash basin and close coupled WC. New sealed unit UPVC windows and doors have just been installed throughout.
There is a new air conditioning unit and a night storage heater. The double bedroom also has air conditioning, satellite TV and new wood laminate flooring. The cottage has a roof terrace with sea views.
